Vladimir Putin has re-established the war on the European continent. He's put himself on the wrong side of the story”, writes the leaders, follows Periscope.
“We condemn President Putin for his continuing refusal to be involved in a diplomatic process to address issues involving European security, despite our repeated bids”, the statement said.
“We stay united with partners, including NATO, the EU and their member states, as well as Ukraine, and we remain determined to do what is necessary to maintain the integrity of international order based on rules.” / PERISCOP
