France calls on its citizens who are in Russia to leave as soon as possible.
This French state statement comes after the European Union announced it would close its entire air space for Russian aircraft.
The French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs announcement says “due to increased air traffic restrictions between Russia and Europe is strongly recommended that the French passing through Russia (Turkish, visitors, students, professionals on the mission) take measures to leave the country”.
Also, citizens were advised to postpone any future trips that are on Russia, writes the BBC, broadcast Clankosova.tv.
