Peci, who has also held diplomatic positions after independence, speaking on the REL's “Most” show, has said Kosovo has ratified the 2013 Brussels Agreement, with which the foundation of the Serb majority municipalities' Association is provided.

The opposition considers the founding of the Association should be part of the package of final agreement between Pristina and Belgrade”, Peci has added.
According to him, the government will sooner or later implement the Association Agreement.
“If the association is not part of the package of final normalisation of relations between Pristina and Belgrade, there will be no agreement at all” Peci has said.
