The Anti-Corruption Agency has tabled criminal charges against the chief prosecutor of the Kosovo Republic of Kosovo, Blerim Isufaj, for the criminal act of false reporting property.

The news has confirmed the Anti-Corruption Agency through a written response to “Justice Trust”.

The anti-corruption agency has conveyed criminal speculation against Blerim Isufaj, criminal acts by Article 430 paragraph 2 of the Kosovo Penal Code, dated 15.02.2022 to the Office of State Chief Prosecutor”, said in response to the Anti-Corruption Agency.

Contacted by “Justice Vow”, Chief Prosecutor Blerim Isufaj has refused to comment on the criminal outcry filed against him.

This is a short answer from Isufaj, after which the answer has hung up the phone.

The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council on 15 February 2022 has approved the candidate list for the position of chief state prosecutor, in which it is also Blerim Isufaj, currently chief prosecutor of the Special Prosecution and former chairman of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council.
