Dinny Pult was caught in Shkodra inside a nightclub.
He is considered a high - risk person.
Pult is sought by Luxembourg authorities, Oranews reports.
The 41-year-old is accused of attempted murder, but also of illegal trafficking in weapons, ammunition and explosives.
Also suspected of committing a murder in Luxembourg.
On August 2, 2020, about 20:55, he was involved in a clash in Pétang.
Several men, including one armed with a knife, clashed in the center of town.
According to Europol, Pult has stabbed two people several times.
One of the two wounded has been hit in the belly and left severely injured.
A European and international arrest warrant has been issued for him in January 2021.
