The World Health Organization has expressed concern over medical oxygen supplies to Ukraine, warning that most hospitals may remain without it within 24 hours, reports The Guardian.

WHO Director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebrreesus and O regional director BSH for Europe, Dr Hans Cluj called for a safe passage for supplies, taking into account the logistics corridor through Poland.

They said: the “Cameons are unable to transport oxygen supplies from factories to hospitals across the country, including the capital Kiev. Most hospitals can drain their oxygen reserves within the next 24 hours. Some have already ended. This endangers thousands of lives. ”
