Vitali Klitschko said that from February 24th, nine civilians are “killed or lost” in the city. That includes two people killed when a rocket hit a residential building Saturday morning.
He said there's a child among those killed or lost.
Klitschko has reiterated that there are no Russian troops in Kiev.
