Today is the fourth day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It has been another day of rapid developments as Ukrainian and Russian delegations prepare to meet at the Belarus border, reports SKY News, Periscopi broadcast.

- Fighting is continuing in Ukraine's second city, Kharkiv. Kiev claims it's still in control of the area, but street fighting has erupted and people are told to stay at home.
The Russian troops have not yet entered the Ukrainian capital. Kiev Mayor said earlier this afternoon that soldiers are about 20km from the city;
-Vladimir Putin has ordered Russia's nuclear prevention forces to be placed on high alert. The president said aggressive statements by NATO leaders and economic sanctions against Moscow were behind the decision;
Ukrainian and Russian delegations have agreed to meet at the Belarus border on Monday, according to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
-Kiev says approximately 4,300 Russian troops have been killed or injured in clashes in Ukraine with hundreds of others captured;
The United Nations says at least 368,000 refugees have now left Ukraine.
