The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has approved Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure at the Health Care Institute against the Q.B. defendant. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, due to suspicion based on having committed criminal work “attempted suicide”.
The court has estimated that there is a well-based doubt, “the defendant on February 7th 2022, in their common home, deliberately attempted to deprive her of life now to hurt her husband, in a way that the same one attacks with a suitable means for causing severe body injury ) knife, hitting her at the neck section, which causes injuries to suffer serious bodily injuries because she is forced to seek medical assistance first at the Feriz Center, even after QUKUK, the court announces.
The defendant has been assigned a month-long detention measure, which the measure will be held at the Institute of Forenzic Psychiatry Health Care Institute in Pristina.
