Court decides that the father allegedly raped and sexually assaulted his daughters

This is due to the suspicion that he committed the criminal act of continued rape and sexual assault.

Under the request, “in July 2021, on two separate occasions, defendant F. K., forces her to commit sexual acts without her consent, his daughter, minor injury, XX. Also, in September 2020, with sexual intent and without its consent, he is trying hard to touch the minor victim, his daughter, XX.”, says the court's announcement.

With these actions, the defendant allegedly committed two criminal acts, ”Dhuni” in succession and criminal work “Sexual assault”, actions sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

” Prosecution Judge Shacir Zika has estimated that legal conditions have been met for appointing the detention measure for the defendant in question, because we have to do significant criminal acts, so with the possible finding of the defendant in freedom there is the risk of repeating the criminal act, the risk of running away, and the impact on witnesses”.

The defendant will be held in detention for a month, which will be counted from the time of his arrest on February 07, 2022 and will last until March 06th 2022.

The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
