According to the SKK, for conveying the accused to the court, he has been late, making it impossible to obtain transportation for the accused.
Kosovo's “Correcting Service announces the public opinion that the warrant for conveying the person in question to the Court has come late, and as a consequence of this, the USKK has had no entity available to implement the ordinance”, said at the SKK's announcement.
“Based on the Internal Work Adjust, the ordinance must be accepted at least 72 hours earlier, in order for the escorts to be planned on time and priority, while the ordinance in question is accepted in 18.02.2022, 15:15 to be implemented today at 21.02.2022”, said further in the announcement.
