The legislative initiative for the parliamentary Commissioner for the Kosovo Security Force will be considered at another meeting of the Security and Defence Affairs Commission.
This is decided at the request of the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement, who have not been willing to make a decision as to why this initiative was previously discussed at today's meeting.
MP from the Vetevendosje Movement ranks Enver Dugolli has said the report was conducted by the processing group, but since decision-making is required today, he has proposed that it be postponed for another meeting.
“
While MP from the ranks of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Anton Kuni has said the working group has finished the job and that the recommendations are ready.
The “doesn't mind whether in a week we postpone it, although the group has done the job, we have the report and recommendations are ready”, he said.
The review and decision for this legislative initiative is set to take place at the commission's next meeting.
“We are waiting for the Vetevendosje parliamentary group to co-ordinate these as well so that the next meeting we will be willing to prosecute”, commission chairman Beke Berisha has said.
Furthermore, MPs have discussed the commission's work plan and increased activities, among other things, to invite officials of security institutions to report.
MP Fatmir Humolli has said the institutions should take care of the shelters, which could serve in case of need.
I am trusting the MPs we have more organisedly visited all our institutions except The Hague tribunal, which we cannot visit because it is a court abroad. I had asked that the Ministry of Infrastructure because of the possibilities and needs with our institutions without how much they are careful for housing, and I have no impression of housing in Kosovo”, Humolli said.
While MP Rashit Qalaj has laid out another topic, but was discussed with closed doors without media presence in the hall.
This is a little sensitive what I'm talking about, but he's only talking to the first part, so good president to hold a joint meeting with the commission for AKI and invite the director of both the police and the AKI and the talk of a topic that in this case I can't talk to, but we talk when we're out of the media, it's very sensitive and I believe it's in our first interest as Commission”, Qalaj said.
