Nusret Kelmendi of Lipjan's Little Ribar, who has a mother lying at the Infective Clinic, says this is making their financial situation worse.
We are required to pay 7-10 euros for parking at QKUK. Something's wrong here. You're also paying and you don't get parking or you don't have insurance on the car and you get tortured. This is the torture and robbery of the people”, declared for RTK Nusret Kelmendi.
The SHSKUK media office says this issue is regulated by the institution's internal regulation.
