According to the court, the suspect has caused sharp injuries to his brother on the left and on the back.
There is a well-founded suspicion, that defendant L.I on February 16, 2022, on a street in Ferizaj, following a verbal dispute with the injured E.I. His brother deliberately attacks him by hitting him with a dangerous knife, in a way that hits him on the left arm on the upper side as well as on the back, by which means he causes body injury and the same medical treatmentman at the Ferizaj” Emergency Center, says the report.

Ferizaj, February 18, 2022 The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has approved Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants L.I. Citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, due to suspicion based on having committed minor bodily injury by Article 185 paragraph 3 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).
After the general department's hearing and analysis of the subject papers, the chief prosecutor of the preliminary procedure has assessed that there is a well-founded suspicion, that defendant L.I on February 16, 2022, on a road to Ferizaj, following a verbal dispute with the injured E.I. His brother deliberately attacks him by hitting him with a dangerous knife, in a way that hits him on his left arm on the upper side as well as on his back, by which means he causes body injury, and the same man has sought medical treatment at the Ferizaj Emergency Center.
The judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants, has approved it as consistent based on the KPPRK provisions, and the same ones have been assigned detention measures in length of (1) months.
This case, the parties are reportedly complaining against this act did not postpone his execution.
