Blinken: Russia is preparing a terrible scenario for Kiev

At an OSCE special meeting, Blinken has announced details about the Russian plan, CNN reports.

He has said Russia plans to surround and threaten Kiev and believes that Moscow has developed plans to take tough action, including human rights abuse, and perhaps worse, among the Ukrainian people.

Russia's actions are an effort against demographics and human rights. Russia has insisted for months that it is not preparing for invasion, while planning for a cold-blooded attack unprecedented since World War II, Blinken said.
