Both agreed to follow “diplomacy” and “preempting” against Russia in a telephone conversation lasting about 50 minutes, the White House announced.

During the conversation, Biden again promised a quick and decisive “response to the US” in co-ordination with her allies in the event of a Russian attack.
Earlier this weekend, Zelensky questioned American officials' warnings in recent days that Russia could plan to invade in the middle of the week, saying he had not yet seen convincing evidence.
