He allegedly deceived 120 people, promising to provide work visas to Western states and Scandinavians.

The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, through a communique for the media, has indicated that so far the issue has caused damage worth over 500 thousand euros.

“According to request, there is doubt based that the U.C., from 12,09.2019 to September 2021, at the “Agency RBCD Travel”, in which case the prosecution has announced public opinion, the same, in co-ordination with some persons, has deceived 120 people, now injured, in a way that using counterfeit documents have opened up-to-dated agencies, thus deceiving those who were injured into obtaining work visas for Western states and Scandinavians, which application services, through false contracts, have paid fixed sums of money with the promise they will get visas, but after the attempt to contact those responsible persons, have not been reported, failed to have damaged by the material from the prosecution, the due to have been reportedly injured.

In addition, it becomes known in the communique that the prosecutor of the case is continuing with the undertaking of other investigative actions and handling the case in question.
