The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has indicated that the General Department has requested the appointment of the detention measure by the Constitutional Court in Prizren against E.R. indictees, and M.N., who at the State Prosecutor's decision are placed under a 48-hour ban.
According to the request, E.R. suspects, and M.N., (workers of a funeral service company) dated 09.02.2022, around 13:30, vehicles have gone to the QKUK's Infectious Clinic in Pristina in order to pull H.K.'s lifeless body from there, and send the same thing to Prizren for his family's burial ceremony.
However, suspects E.R. and M.N., from the Infectious Clinic, have attracted the lifeless body of Mr.D., along with the necessary monitoring documentation, thinking that they have attracted the lifeless body of H.K. victim.
The lifeless body of Mr.D. victim, about 14:30, was sent to the city cemetery in Prizren and handed over to the family of H.K. victim, and his family was buried in the city cemetery in Prizren, thinking it was the body of their family member H.K. In these actions, E.R. suspects, and M.N. have fulfilled elements of the criminal act “Detailing graves or corpses” from Article 413 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK)”, the statement said further.
