Democratic League of Kosovo MP Hykmete Bajrami has said the Energy Regulatory Office board should resign, according to her, as it has put all the country's institutions in doubt.

“The ZRR has made extremely serious violations not only has it made a decision to double bills for a category of Kosovo citizens, but it has also exposed all Kosovo institutions, including the assembly through a consultative document. We've had this document on January 17th, and you know what happened on February 7th, the ZRE left an additional 132 million dollars where we gave all the comments based on those 132 million incomes. They don't have that figure on February 7th, but 251 million in it. We've been going crazy that we've questioned 132 million inflows we've been proposed since being financed by TVS subsidies the day before the bill is raised they make the decision to have access to the energy sector to be full of 550 million, and the 2021 difference is 200 million income”, she said at today's assembly session.

According to her, 160 million euros have left the burden to 20 percent of citizens but said that a large number of other citizens will be affected.

This decision is extremely discrediting, I'm surprised you're not opposing this decision. It's extremely unfair, discriminating, the ZRRE board should have resigned to us, where in two weeks we've been giving comments, they said the revenues are 132 million and it turns out they're more”, she said.
