Kosovo police through a communique for the media have said details about the Kosovo Police member's death case late last night in the village of Zlar in Pristina.
As Kosovo police report, the event occurred at 23:50, and a male-gender police official has remained dead after being accidentally shot by gunfire during a party by the suspect.
The victim's death has been recorded by the KKUK's medical team until prosecution and relevant police units have emerged at the scene.
The suspect has been arrested and the State Prosecutor has authorised the Kosovo Police Inspectorate to handle the case.
“Fsh. Zolar, Pristina, 18.02.2022-23:50. A police official, Kosovo's male, has died after being accidentally shot by Kosovo male suspect during a party. The victim's death has been recorded by the medical team at QKUK. At the scene, respective police units have emerged. The State Attorney has authorized IPK to take all actions regarding the case. The suspect has been arrested”, reportedly in the Kosovo Police report.
