Lawyer Arianan Koci, through a writing on his Facebook account, has shown why he supports same-gender marriage. Koci says such a thing is human right and civil right.
Koci recalls that there are 31 states that have allowed such marriages and that according to him, all democratic states will eventually apply this provision”
Kosovo, of course, will be listed on the right side: democracy. We're in a phase of creating the Civil Code so we have to apply the most advanced liberal-democratic trends. Repeat, this trend will not stop. As far as it could have stopped women's right or even black people in votes! ”, writes Koci.

Supporting Same-Sex Marriage
Kosovo's Civil Code, Article 1138, allows marriage between the same genders.
He supported this initiative.
I would not use the technical language of law so that the mass could understand the meaning of this provision but also my stand on this man's right.
1. Knowing the right of marriage between the same genders is considered human right and civil right.
2. So far, 31 countries have allowed marriage between the same genders.
3. The first state to have allowed the same sex marriage is the Netherlands (1 April 2001). As you can see, the number is increasing!
4. Supporters of marriage between the same genders are human rights organisations and civil rights, and the scientific community.
5. The most prominent opponents are religious groups. In fact, the magic and canonical right have been effectively banned.
6. World trends are indicating the continued increase in recognition in marriage among the same gender, in developed democracies. This process is unstoppable. All democratic states will eventually apply this provision.
7. The scientific community does not view homosexuality as a choice, but as a biological definition.
8. Let's not forget, that neither women nor colored people are allowed to vote in democracy either.
9. States that have legalized same-gender marriage are: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Holland, New Zealand, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Great Britain, the United States, and Uruguay.
10. Kosovo, of course, will be listed on the right side -- of democracy. We're in a phase of creating the Civil Code so we have to apply the most advanced liberal-democratic trends. Repeat, this trend will not stop. As far as it could have stopped women's right or even black people in votes!
