Ukraine's Foreign Affairs Minister, Dmytro Kuleba, said Kiev has suffered terrible “attacks Russia's”.
Horrible rocket attacks from Russia at Kiev”, Kuleba tweeted.
The last <x0) time our capital experienced something similar was in 1941 when it was attacked by Nazi Germany. Ukraine conquered the evil then and will defeat this”, he wrote.

The United States and Albania have demanded that the UN Security Council vote on a resolution condemning the invasion of Ukraine from Russia.
According to diplomats, these two states are trying to garner as many pro votes as possible among the 15 member states.
The vote, however, is expected to fail because of the veto right Russia has as a permanent member of the Council.
The resolution text requires that Russia “immediately terminate the use of force against Ukraine” and “withdraw immediately, completely and unconditionally all its military forces from Ukraine's territory within its internationally recognised borders”.
