Albright received US Senate support for the post, the State Department announced today.
She has been chief executive chief of the Global Partnership for Education Secretariat and served in Obama administration from 2009 to 2013 as executive vice president and chief chief chief of the US Export-Import Bank (EXIM).
Before EXIM, Albright held leading roles in the Global Alliance for Vaccinations and Communications (GAVI) and worked as a banker with a focus on emerging markets.
Alice's extraordinary experience in development space, the U.S. government and the private sector is an excellent match for the MCC,” had declared Mahmud Bah, the task of the MCC executive chief, in the case of her nomination last year by President Biden.
