According to the report in turn is the draft law to ratify the social security agreement between the Government of Kosovo and Albania.
The ratification of the agreement between Kosovo and the Council of Ministers of Albania for the implementation of customs facilities and inflow control of goods access is likewise.
The commission is expected to meet at 10:00.
On 26 November last year, the seventh joint meeting between the Government of Kosovo and Albania was held in Elbasan.
At the meeting, 13 agreements were signed.
These are the 13 agreements that were signed:
1. Agreements between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for the implementation of bilateral facilities in customs procedures and/or the control of access/exit of goods.
2. The co-operation protocol between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for the establishment of the Intergovernmental Co-ordination Secretariat.
3. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for facilitating procedures and conditions for obtaining temporary residence permits.
4. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo on the rules of the local border traffic regime.
5. The variable agreement agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for the opening of the joint point of the Sishhvec border crossing (Kukes) Krushevo (Dragash) between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo.
6. Agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo for bilateral judicial assistance in civil and trade affairs.
7. Social security agreements between the Republic of Albania and the Republic of Kosovo.
8. The International Annual Cultural Calendar between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo
9. Agreement for co-operation between the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports of the Republic of Kosovo in the field of cultural heritage and museums.
10. Memorandum of co-operation between the Republika Albania Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and the Ministry of Environment, Space Planning and Infrastructure of the Republic of Kosovo for construction of the Durres-Pristina railway link.
11. Co-operation agreement between the Ministry of Health and Social Defence of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transfers of the Republic of Kosovo.
Twelve. Co-operation agreement between the Ministry of Education and Sports of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation of the Republic of Kosovo in the area of recognition and mutual unification of diplomas, certificates and scientific degrees issued by institutions of higher education and other authorised institutions.
13. Co-operation in the area of agriculture between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of the Republic of Albania and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development of the Republic of Kosovo.
