The information comes through the Ministry of Defence's recent statement on ceasefire violations in eastern Ukraine, writes CNN.
Of 80 incidents, 58 included weapons banned under Minsk's agreements, which determine that heavy weapons should not be within 50 kilometers of front lines.
On Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared that the Minsk Agreements “do not exist in”, adding: “What should be applied if we have recognised these two entities?”
The defence ministry recorded 84 ceasefire violations Monday.
As part of Tuesday's attacks, Ukraine's Defence Ministry says one soldier has been killed and another six have been wounded.
According to the ministry, the town of Schaastya near Luhansk has suffered some of the worst grants.
The ministry continued to accuse Russia-backed separatists of deploying heavy weapons “within settlements to provoke Ukrainian defenders to return fire”.
