On the other hand, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, who is on a visit to Russia due to the crisis in Ukraine, has called on ministers to give immediate support to the citizens affected by the disaster.
Brazilian authorities also said that this amount of rainfall would be normal for a month in this area, but yesterday it happened in just three hours.
