Predators 29/06 and 43/06 claim they are indirect victims of the murder of three family members from the KLA on Kosovo territory within the period covered by the Konconfirmed and Confirmed Acropolis.
Applicants 30/06 and 31/06 are members of the same family. They claim to be indirect victims of the forced disappearance of a close family member from the KLA on Kosovo territory within the respective period. Predator 49/06 claims he is the indirect victim of the kidnapping and murder of a close family member from the KLA on Kosovo territory. The forger 69/06 claims to be the indirect victim of killing a close family member. The researcher claims that the murder occurred at the family home in Kosovo within the actual period and was conducted by members of the KLA.
All applicants are expected to be refused because they have not presented sufficient evidence:
The Office for Victims Attendance has recommended that all the submitteds be refused the application as victims of the KLA, the news.net writes away.
That is because according to this office, they have not presented or demonstrated enough that the alleged events fall within the required material, geographical and time parameters of confirmed charges.
“The VPO estimates that applicants have not demonstrated enough, prefera facie, that events described in their demands fall within the material, geographical and time parameters of confirmed accusations, as described in the Confirmed Corrifeil Act. Consequently, the VPO recommends to the judge of the preliminary procedure to reject all requests for participation as victims in the procedures presented with this Fourth Report”, said the Office for the Members of Victims has made the preliminary judge.
