This in 2017, when the Energy Regulatory Office cut the price down to 3.55%, following the removal of the burden on consumers for the electricity pay in the country's north and the tariffs were lifted.
Business alone was turned down three more times.
Unlike the current tariff block, the first tariff structure of 2007 was divided into three blocks, up to 200kilovata, up to 600 and above that level, divided into winter and northern periods.
The initial price of the cold season cost 3.47 cents per kilowatt, while the hot one, 2.49 cents. The most expensive block was 8.43 cents per winter and 6.06 cents per summer.
This structure rose the price in the weather by 5%, and in 2009, 2.5%. The largest increase of 8.9% was three years later.
The current was also expensive in 2014, for 4.57%, not to change until this year. Tuesday's ZERE decision marks the biggest increase, as the price of kilowatts on the bloc's 800 kilowatt fee almost doubled.
While the costs below have remained the same as eight years ago.
