Everyone is clear that the Kosovo government has too much tolerance. I think KFOR has failed to carry out its mission because, according to Resolution 1244, it is responsible for the long border line”.
“Yes, of course, has failed because the moment armed groups are introduced through illegal lines, not through pillars controlled by Kosovo Police.
