He says Belgrade has learned nothing from the past.
The old “is 1990, when Serb militants placed barricades across Croatia to block roads and police. Wars in the former Yugoslavia began immediately after that. The second photograph is from this week, Serbian militants blocking roads in Kosovo. It is tragic how little Belgrade has learned in 30 years”, it has written on Twitter.
Barricades are located in northern Kosovo now 18 days.
Two more barricades have been added Tuesday.
