Police for the new barricades in northern Mitrovica: It happened at night by criminal groups

Police confirm that the barricades were established overnight.

“North of the country, persons/ criminal groups at night, have continued to establish barricades, further hampering freedom of free movement. Two heavy - tool barricades have also been introduced. One of the barricades is located at the crossroads at technical school, while the other is located at the site called Dudes Quersi”, said in the police response.

Local Serbs who have built barricades in the north for 18 days, as a sign of dissatisfaction with the arrest of former Kosovo Serb police officer Dejan Pantic.
