Pancreatic cancer is also diagnosed very late. Experts point out that when you visit a doctor after experiencing symptoms, cancer tends to be advanced.
The late “Diagnosis is equal to poor survival. Only eight out of 100 people with pancreatic cancer survive in five years and the key to managing it is the earlier we are diagnosed, the more likely you have surgery and chemotherapy and the chances for survival increase. Mark Taylor.
