As a small diplomatic “” has named Serbia's Defence Minister Milos Vucevic, the gradual removal of barricades in northern Kosovo.
This is about the fact that, as the Serbian minister claims, Belgrade has had to give nothing in return, rather it has received solid guarantees in a document.
“We should be satisfied, but not too much, because life is still not easy for Serbs in Kosovo, the node in Kosovo has not been solved. None of us have the illusion that everything is resolved with this, but I think we have achieved a small diplomatic victory”, the minister has claimed in an interview for Serbian television, Tv Happy.
He even expressed his scepticism that KFOR will accept the official Belgrade request for the return of a certain number of Serbian security personnel to Kosovo.
“I am not optimistic, but I hope that one day conditions will be created for the return of part of our army and police to Kosovo”, Vucevic added.
