The KEDS received representatives from “International Maarif Schools of Kosovo” to thank you for the awareness project “For preventing the loss of electricity for your future”, as effective efforts to address the energy savings issue, at this time when the whole country is facing energy crisis.
In the visit that the staff of this school, along with four students, made to KEDS today, they explained more in detail the idea and purpose of this project, and thanked KEDs for supporting the initiative.
The school's director, Mustafa Yilmaz, expressed gratitude to KED for recognising their commitment, promising that such savings projects, which have been initiated by students themselves,
They won't miss you in the future.
Rudina Heroi-Puka, Head of Service for Consumers at KESCO, thanked students and school for the initiative, saying that at this time of energy crisis, when energy import prices are constantly increasing, any saving action is very important to alleviate the system's burden.
Rudin Llesey, director of Joint Services at the company, also thanked all contributors to the project, saying that the other schools should follow this example.
KED is the ongoing initiator of energy savings projects. One of these projects is the one with Kosovo primary schools, where IV and V students are continuing to be informed more in detail about practical methods of saving, through brochures prepared for these ages, as well as speeches by KEDS.
As a company, we welcome all initiatives aimed at saving electricity and making constant calls for energy savings, as the easiest and apply method for a stable electromagnetic system.
