Kosovo police, have announced today that on the National Mitrovica-Pristina road, a car driver, which had exceeded the allowed speed, some 60km/h more, has been fined.
The police announced that the same one was sentenced to 300 euros in fines, and were detained from driving for three months.
“On the National Mitrovica-Pristina road segment in the village of Stanovc, in measuring radar speed has identified a car that was developing 137km/h speed in the area where speed limit is 80 km/h. Therefore, the counter-advant has been imposed a fine of 300 euros, three (3) negative points, as well as a three-month motor vehicle prevention measure.”, the KK reports.
The KK has stressed that penal measures will continue to be taken against all criminals who do not respect traffic regulations and endanger the safety of participants in road traffic.
