Thaci's own lawyer, Gregory Keohe, has made that known in a parachute. Besides those mentioned, as defense witnesses there are Steve Bennett, Jock Covey, Michael Durkee and Daan Everts.
Keohe has said that all these witnesses are very old-fashioned, so he's asked the Preemptive Judge to arrange for their interrogation right now, and depositing their evidence.
According to rule 99, Mr. Hashim Thaci (regarding its intention to request that the Pre-emptive Judge receive the necessary “ “to take “ ”, “considered” and “evidence from 9 international witnesses whose evidence is crucial to the defence issue, and “may not be later available in the trial”, Keohe said in the prese that the news was seen.
These 9 witnesses are very old-fashioned: 77 to 88 and with different health rates. Consequently, there is a very real danger that their evidence “may not later be available in the trial”, or at least until the prosecution closes its case and the defence issue begins. Therefore, under the 99th Rule, there is a need for a unique investigative option (like a deposit) as specified below for each of these 9 witnesses to ensure the preservation of their evidence before the start of judgment” has shown further Keohe.
