The volcano proclaims emergency situation after rainfall

The Vushtrri municipality has declared an emergency after the rains.

President Ferit Idrizi in Kosovo has made that known, saying that the emergency team was created and five contact numbers have been issued for citizens in case they need it.

While Idrizi said that at night it was calmer, even since 2 am, they were on the ground, inspecting and translating into flooded locations.

Idrizi said the most affected are farmers' fields and fields, and their damage will be assessed after the rain stops.
