“This is an not easy moment for Kosovo to do and I want to express my solidarity to the citizens of Kosovo and punish with the greatest force intervention of Kremlin and Belgrade in the internal affairs of Kosovo. All that happens is Vucic's attempt to keep the Serbian state in Kosovo. He doesn't hide this.
I welcome NATO's firm stance in defence of Kosovo's stability in this case. Because Putin and small Putin Vucic are willing to undertake a new adventure, Serbia keeps the conflict hanging on nails to undertake it when it judges. But NATO's preventative warnings, I wish they would not imagine any kind of attempt to destabilise Kosovo, as punishment would be very severe”, Sali Berisha said.
The recent tensions in northern Kosovo erupted following representatives of the Serbian List from public institutions in Kosovo. On November 5th, Serb representatives offered to resign from local-level institutions in Kosovo, from the Judiciary, Police, as well as the Government and the Assembly of Kosovo.
