Raise the flag in Vlora: This was Ismail Kemal's original address with 1912

This day, Ismail Kemal was appointed head of the Parliament and first chairman of the Albanian state government.

The following is his speech:

Oh! How happy I am to see myself today, that I see, here in Vlora, that Albanian men gathered together, you have been looking forward to the end of this historic meeting, for the fate of our beloved Fatherland. Full of gas and tears, from grief, I'm going out in front of you to rejoice at the great glad tidings that today, even this minute, the Congress uneasiness of Albania, has warned the whole world about this work, and has assigned me to the head of the provisional government of free Albania.

But as my dream seemed to be a huge change in the toʹno country, which removed and left behind five hundred years in the reign of Turkish rule, but now in recent times, was about to lay down its soul for the whole world, to be completely wiped out by the earth's face, this young Albania, which at one time stood bright by the unique bravery of her sons; this Albania, when threatened by the threat of Europe from the conquests of Turkey, in the face of undeadness of it, sundering the iron, became the most furious of the attacks of theians that Turkey has behind. But he wanted God to end the misery and suffering of the homeland by working, by the unsurpassed courage and courage of the Albanians, and from now on, to end the misery and sufferings of the homeland, because here and so, we are free of the PACE and TEACH, so: laugh and rejoice! To reach this great and white day, we have been helped by the blood of the martyrs and the worthy work of the ethnic patriots and of all the friends who took part in this meeting and of all of you, who are now filling your hearts with the great gas you felt; but the gathering as the oldest I am, lay me up to the mark of the National Cavour, the flag of the dreamy, (the flag that has placed it on an iron pole, of course, under the cover of the coat and a second of the foot of the balcony. The Hand of God

Anyone who's lucky to be there to see this bad stuff can never forget it. It seemed to us as if the hand of the LORD had broken off the chain of bondage: as soon as the way of a new and happy life was opened unto the people, as if they had burned with darkness in the holy light of the sun, our hearts were filled with laughter and hope.
