Z. Minister of Svechles: We can never pay the judiciary how much criminals are willing to pay

Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Bardhil Dobra has said that the state would never be able to pay judicial system officials as much as they are willing to pay criminals to corrupt, in response to rumours that lowering salaries in the justice system risks leading to an increase in corruption levels.

Dobra said on Thursday evening in KTV's interactive “” that the work of judges and prosecutors should be based on ethics, morality and professionalism.

According to him, the judiciary is a system where there can be no competition with crime money.

Dobra has also said that the Kurti Government is building fair wage systems for workers who receive salaries from the state budget.

“We are creating transparency, creating a system based on clear principles and criteria.
