That's how Ukrainians define victory. Logistics is the very key to war. Soldiers talk about tactics, and professionals talk about logistics. This is really what Ukrainians have decided to do.
What Ukrainians have been doing over the past two or three months is that they knocked down the Kerci Bridge, which was a main supply line. They've attacked fuel depots and railway lines.
An army that is not supplied cannot be protected, and thus the Russians are forced to withdraw. ”
Martin concluded that the war was likely to end “at the end of the summer 2023, after a withdrawal from both sides in March and a “pause in winter”.
