Krasniqi: French-German plan hard to accept from Kosovo

Democratic Party of Kosovo Chairman Memli Krasniqi estimates that the demands and proposals he and his party have given him for dialogue with Serbia have been accepted and are becoming part of the new approach. Krasniqi even says from the beginning they have recommended that dialogue be defined and not discussed [...]
Even, Krasniqi says from the start they have recommended that dialogue be defined and not discussed technical issues.
However, Krasniqi stressed that with a commitment on the part of the Government and Prime Minister to move away the dialogue process and work towards achieving state aspirations, this is possible.
I am pleased that the demands and proposals we have given as the PDK and I personally in all meetings, whether with Mr Eskobar or with Lajcak are already being accepted and are becoming part of the new approach. We've already said that there will be deadlines in the process of dialogue. We requested that technical themes not be discussed separately”.
Even at the meetings I had in Washington and Brussels that this approach is being accepted without what is late because we could have such an approach last year. However without wanting to comment on the deadlines I am sure that if there is a commitment to a focus on the Government and Prime Minister to take away the dialogue process and work towards achieving state aspirations, I think that such a thing is possible”, Krasniqi has said in an interview for Online Economy.
As for the Franco-German plan, Krasniqi said this plan is hard to accept by Kosovo.
According to him, without the recognition of Kosovo by the five EU nations, NATO membership, and obtaining candidate status is impossible to move towards the final agreement that has mutual recognition centralised.
The so-called Franco-German <x0 plan in the current version is hard to accept from Kosovo, but I am convinced that it has to be discussed and I have encouraged the prime minister to go towards reaching the five main pillars that are necessary for reaching the agreement, such as preserving the unitary character of the state of Kosovo”.
“... the recognition of Kosovo by five EU member states that have not recognised us, the start of the NATO membership process, the obtaining of candidate status for EU membership, and mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia. Without achieving these, we will not have final agreements”, Krasniqi said.
