Hoti in a Facebook post shares the same concern as that of Daniel Server, who said Kosovo's “prime minister has the idea of what he wants and hopes he will face the consequences of”.
Former Prime Minister Hoti also says this whole situation has resulted from Serbia's intervention in the Serb community in Kosovo, but that this time he says, Kosovo did not take into account the international allies' advice, and fell into Serbia's trap.
Complete Hoti Post:
When the Allies do not support us, the consequences do not only bear them at the helm of institutions. We carry all the consequences.
I read Daniel Server's concern that: Kosovo's “prime minister has the idea of what he wants and hopes he will face the consequences”. I share his concern. But the problem is that the consequences fall on our efforts, peaceful and combat, and the results we have achieved so far in empowering, consolidating the membership of the state of Kosovo in international mechanisms.
Of course, we need a national consensus on the actions taken in dealing with the situation. But we cannot and should not line up behind those who have no idea how to manage and close in Kosovo's interest this complex political and security situation.
Certainly this situation has resulted from Serbia's intervention in the Serb community in Kosovo. But this time, because we did not take into account Allied councils, Kosovo has fallen into Serbia's trap.
