Similarly, the court has estimated that if the defendants are set free, there is the danger of repeating the criminal act.

In the report, it also said the court has assessed the possibility of setting any easier measures on indictees “well-being found that the other measures seen by law as milder measures than the detention measure do not provide enough security for normal, successful and unhindered criminal procedure”.
