CEC appoints task drier of top election officials in northern municipalities

CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said the officials he wants to exercise are municipal election officials in other Kosovo municipalities.

“CEC continues preparations for organising elections in the north, sets four The UD, instead of resigned Central Election Commission officials, is continuing with preparations for organising extraordinary elections for mayor of four municipalities in northern Kosovo. According to the CEC, after the resignation of four senior municipal officials in the elections, four taskeers have already been appointed, who will carry out duties in four respective municipalities. Officials who are scheduled to exercise these tasks are municipal election officials from other Kosovo municipalities”, Elesi said.
