The Special Prosecutor reports that an indictment was filed against defendants with initials I. S., F.V., K. U.S.A., F.B., H. S.M. Because the same acts have been carried out by the taking or organising of the organized criminal group, regarding criminal activity, stock, possession, distribution, and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrope and analogue substances, éping evidence or official procedure, as well as retaining ownership, controlling or unauthorized possession of weapons.
The case for which the indictment was filed has to do with the narcotic substance of the cocaine type in the amount of 400kg, which was seized in the space of the company “M C# source files FOOD” sh.p.k. in Lipjan”, the prosecution's announcement reported.
The Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo in the indictment has, in addition, proposed sequenting the means which have been used to commit criminal acts.
