Police in gas masks were seen on the streets hours before the start of the protest. They've already surrounded the Prime Minister.
The building is armoured, and the light poles near the area where the protests will be held are lined with grease.
Democratic Party Chairman Sali Berisha and other Democrat officials have not ruled out any kind of scenario for today's protest.
