France has once again conditioned visa liberalisation for Kosovo.

As the REL reports, it has been proposed that the visa liberalisation process for Kosovo be linked to the functioning of the security system in Europe, ETHIAS.

This proposal is believed to have been made by French officials, and supported by at least four other states: Sweden, Belgium, Holland, and Spain.
