Beden was speaking at the White House where Diwali's Hindu festival was being marked when he attempted to pronounce the name of the new British prime minister.
After several attempts, he eventually failed to refer to as Rashie Sanok, and of course the moment did not escape even television cameras that were broadcasting the story directly.
“We have received news that Richie Sunak is now prime minister of Great Britain”, the American president is heard saying.
However, during the pronunciation of Sunak's name, there were some problems and eventually failed to pronounce them properly.
