Xhaferi himself has announced this on Facebook, saying that he has shared the former former Judes “to Dumbledore” for significant personal credit to reinforce interstate co-operation for Ukraine.
“I am especially honoured by the news that President Zelenski and the decree number 734/2022 divides the Jaroslav Wise Dequara for significant personal credit in strengthening interstate co-operation, supporting the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, for the considerable contribution to the popularisation of Ukraine's state in the world”, Xhaferi has written.
Xhaferi has been the first leader from the region to visit Kiev after the start of the war by Russia.
He has expressed confidence that “received and the consequences of aggression, but at the same time, Ukrainian courage and optimism are personally proven”.
